I've spent my career helping companies solve growth and strategy challenges, from launching marketing channels at Walmart to leading retention at Shutterfly and, over the past decade as a consultant, advising more than 30 companies across industries and growth stages. Seeing so many different businesses has given me a broad perspective and exposed me to a wide variety of challenges and solutions.

Most of my work has focused on marketing strategy, forecasting, analytics, and building high-performing teams. More recently, I've been applying the same approach to designing AI-powered tools that help people work smarter or learn more effectively.
